Nigel, Beverly, Camilla & Irene - Hero.
This is my favourite student work for many reason. It's target audience was young people and it was an R&B song which appealed to me immediately. The narrative structure was amplification.
I enjoyed watching it as it used many forms of media language. For example, jump cut between the two performers, slow motion when she was walking to emphasis her power, fast pace, lots of performance shots. Although this was my favourite previous student work, it supported Mulvey's theory as the female was objectified. A lot of the time the camera was focused of sections of her body for the male desire.
