How do they use the website to promote their band, image and songs?
Immediately when you go onto the original artist's website you are faced with images on either side of the page of the two artists which takes up an estimate of 30% of the page. They're made to look directly at the camera in order to provide an instant connection with viewers/potential customers. In between the two images is some text all in which is different fonts in order to draw in the customer, promoting their debut album with an easy access to a link for their single 'when i was a youngster'.
To the left of the page is a blog promoting any news of singles/albums by Rizzle Kicks. By the video being provided it allows the viewer to have easy access to their songs and perhaps making them feel less guilty about listening to their music for free. This may potentially sway potential customers into buying their concert tickets, merchandise or paving a way for them to buy the songs on itunes.
To the right is two imagesof Rizzle kicks performing, it allows you to view all their pictures presenting them as 'cheeky chaps' through the faces they pull in some of their pictures. This makes Rizzle kicks appear to be very fun and allows an insight to their personality making the fan feel like they personally know them.
The website also has a scroll bar on the side showing live statuses from Rizzle Kicks also making it easier for fans to find the artists on t and to also see what they are doing at that precise moment in time.
